Your trade notification and the required attachments are received by the competent trade office. We use Deutsche Post AG for dispatch by registered mail. The website and all data are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (server location Nuremberg, Germany), with whom a data processing agreement is in place. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU – except Google Ads if you have given your consent (see section 6).

We use technically necessary cookies so that your application can be saved temporarily, the session secured and your language and cookie choice stored (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG).
Only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner do we integrate Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This allows us to measure whether a visit via one of our ads leads to an order. Cookies are set and data such as IP address, device and browser information and the pages visited, and in the case of an order the case number and order value, are transmitted to Google. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: Open cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page).
